Meditation Sessions - Free and Open to all
This is a regular morning meditation sessions. If anybody is willing to participate, please inform us through email or call us at 612-522-1811.
- Monday to Friday from 6:00 A.M. - 7:00 A.M.
- Sundays from 8:00 A.M. to 9:00 A.M.
Buddhist Discourse (sutta), Dhammapada and Abhidhamma studies
This is a weekly study session which held in Sundays. We discuss dhamma by taking discourses from the Tipitaka. We also teach Some quotes from dhammapada. Abhidhamma is the anaylsis of deep teachings such as connection between mind and matter.If you are interested to learn, please contact us.

Dhamma School
This is a program for young children who can come and learn the basic teachings of the Buddha.We teach them moral principles, ethics and meditation.We also teach language class. If you have any children who are willing to participate, please contact us.
- First and Third Sundays from 1:45 P.M. to 4:45 P.M.
Sil Observance
- Monthly Sila Observance (Eight Precepts) – From 7.30AM – 4:00PM Saturdays, See Event Calendar for dates and schedule
MRC Meditation Retreat 2012
This is a One day meditation retreat which held at our meditation retreat center in Rosemount area. It is a farm area where the surroundings were covered with many trees. We have built outdoor meditation seats (25) under the trees for those who come to meditate. If anybody is willing to participate, please go to the contact page and filled the application and put the subject "Meditation Retreat" and submit it. We will email you as soon as possible that you are confirmed to participate. Please also include the date in which you are participating. Since the seat is limited, please fill out the form as soon as possible. Following are the dates.
